Returns & Exchanges Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are subject to the following conditions:
Wigs (All Units)
All wig sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs.
Each wig is handmade and considered a hygienic product, therefore it cannot be restocked once shipped.
Bundles & Closures
We accept returns on bundles and closures within 5 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, uninstalled, and unworn
- Hair must remain in its original packaging
- Bundles must be sealed and not unraveled, combed, or altered
- Proof of purchase is required

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Wig Repair & Adjustment Policy (Indiaims)
At Indiaims, each wig is constructed with care and attention to structural integrity. This policy is designed to ensure your unit remains secure and supported during the initial period after purchase.
Complimentary Repairs (First 90 Days / 3 Months)
Indiaims offers complimentary repairs within 90 days of delivery for issues strictly related to the internal construction of the wig.
Covered Under Free Repairs:

Tracks or bundles coming loose from the wig cap

Wefts or stitching detaching from the cap structure
-
Closures or frontals lifting due to cap construction issues (not lace damage or adhesive-related wear)
Repairs are limited to structural integrity only and do not extend to styling, customization, or wear-related concerns.
Not Covered Under Free Repairs
The following are not included under the complimentary repair program:

Lace damage from installation, adhesive use, or normal wear

Tearing, ripping, or over-plucking of lace

Heat damage from styling tools

Coloring, bleaching, or chemical processing

Damage caused by improper installation or removal

General wear and tear from regular use

Modifications or work performed by a third party
Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs when sending wigs back for repair or assessment

Indiaims will cover the cost of returning the repaired item back to the customer

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Indiaims is not responsible for packages lost in transit during return shipping
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for repair:

The wig must have been purchased directly from Indiaims

The issue must be related strictly to internal construction

Proof of purchase is required

The wig may need to be returned for inspection upon request
After 90 Days / 3 Months
After the 90-day (3-month) period, wigs are no longer eligible for complimentary repairs.
All repair requests beyond this timeframe will be treated as paid services, with pricing determined based on the condition of the unit and the extent of the damage.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may return your item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to request a return within 14 days. Items must still meet all eligibility requirements (unused, unopened, original packaging).
