Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

Thank you for shopping with Indiaims. We operate on a dual-fulfillment model, which means some products are handmade in-house and others are fulfilled through trusted vendor partners.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), depending on the product type.

  • Handmade Wigs (Indiaims Collection):
    These items are made to order and require 3–5 business days for production before shipping.
  • Vendor-Fulfilled Items (Bundles & Select Products):
    These items are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers and typically require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.

Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, product availability, or supplier delays.

Shipping Time

Once processed, orders are shipped based on the fulfillment type:

  • Handmade Wigs: Shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after production is complete
  • Vendor-Fulfilled Items: Shipping typically takes 5–12 business days after processing

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs (if applicable), or other external factors.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Indiaims is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
For assistance, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
